3月16日，科华生物（002022）发布公告，近日公司高级副总裁CHENCHAO因个人原因辞去职务，并将继续担任公司顾问，为公司发展提供咨询与帮助。根据相关规定，CHENCHAO的辞职申请自送达公司董事会之日起生效，其辞职不会影响公司的正常经营。
截至公告披露日，CHENCHAO未持有公司股份。
2024年前三季度，科华生物实现收入13.50亿元，归母净利润-1.22亿元。
