近日，金赛纶家属曝光其15岁与金秀贤交往，恋情持续6年。韩国法律规定19周岁以下均为未成年人，性同意年龄16周岁，即与16周岁以下未成年人发生性关系均视为强奸罪。如果被害人年龄在13周岁以上，则只处罚19周岁以上的犯罪者。
