2025年3月11日，华谊兄弟(300027.SZ)公告称，公司拟转让所持上海英雄互娱游戏股份有限公司7418万股股票给西安启竞时代文化传媒有限公司，转让价格3.36亿元。本次交易完成后，公司不再持有英雄互娱的股权，具体情况以各方签署的协议为准。
