据深圳市房地产中介协会统计，2025年第10周（3月3日-3月9日），深圳全市二手房（含自助）录得1812套，环比增长11.6%。
深圳市房地产中介协会指出，近期二手房市场持续回暖，二手房录得量已连续5周攀升，消费者购房意愿不断增强，单周已超1800套。
根据公开在售二手房源量数据统计，截至2025年3月10日，深圳全市共有67662套有效二手房源在售，较上周增加1917套。
