3月3日，良品铺子发布公告称，杨银芬因个人原因辞去董事长、董事会战略与发展委员会委员及总经理职务，辞职报告送达董事会之日起生效。杨银芬将继续担任公司董事（非独立董事）及董事会战略与发展委员会委员。
