财联社3月5日电，德国候任总理默茨表示，作为全面政策改革的一部分，该国将设立5,000亿欧元的基金，以解决急需的国防和基础设施领域投资。默茨周二在柏林对记者讲话时还表示，超过国内生产总值1%的支出将不受债务刹车机制的限制。“欧洲需要加强防御，”默茨说。“面对威胁，我们需要不惜一切代价。”
