“运城广播电视台”消息：
陈旭光出生于1977年，曾任运城市委保密委员会办公室主任、国家保密局局长，永济市委常委、宣传部部长、副市长，运城市委宣传部副部长，运城市广播电视台党组书记、台长。
2024年8月，陈旭光调任运城市政协党组成员、机关党组书记，直到本次正式当选市政协秘书长。
之前担任运城市政协秘书长的刘东吉出生于1965年11月。
