金融界2月25日消息，有投资者在互动平台向万达电影提问：咱们能不能和老王谈一下，降一下租金？这几年的租金有没有下降呢，国内的租金占比比美国相对来说贵一倍左右，以前他是一家，不用考虑这个成本。现在分开了，他不能只考虑拿租金大头。
公司回答表示：近年来，公司持续加强成本费用管控，提升盈利水平。
