2月24日，有网友称23日乘坐吉祥航空H01256航班时，发现餐盒内坚果零食已过期10天（生产日期2024年8月13日，保质期6个月）。乘务员提出每人补偿1000元但需签保密协议，协议显示不得通过任何方式向第三方透露协议内容。该乘客拒绝，事后致电吉祥航空投诉，被告知需提供购票证件才能处理。
