每经讯，莱斯达2月21日发布公告称，2025年2月21日，，信息披露义务人何凯通过竞价交易转让方式，增持挂牌公司45万股，拥有权益比例从37.5%变为41.07%。何凯、陈熙鹏为一致行动人，一致行动人合计拥有权益比例从61.43%变为65%。
