财联社2月21日电，墨西哥总统克劳迪娅·辛鲍姆20日说，墨西哥绝不容忍对国家主权的干涉，她考虑推动修改宪法，应对可能的外国干涉。美国政府未与墨方商量即把包括6个墨西哥贩毒集团在内的拉美贩毒集团列为外国恐怖组织，墨方反对这一做法。
