消息面上，东亚银行午间发布2024年度业绩，该集团取得利息收入398.09亿港元，同比增加0.3%；净利息收入165.29亿港元，同比减少2%；归属于集团股东的溢利46.08亿港元，同比增加11.9%；每股基本盈利1.52港元。派第二次中期股息每股38港仙，上年同期派18港仙。全年度每股股息合共69港仙，对比2023年全年股息每股54港仙，增长约27.8%。
