据湖南省人民政府网，2025年2月17日，湖南省人民政府任免工作人员。其中，尹文辉同志任省科学技术厅副厅长（试用期一年）。
尹文辉长期在湖南省科学技术厅工作，曾担任过财务处副处长、示范区协调推进处处长、农村科技处处长等领导职务。
本次履新前担任湖南省科技厅实验室与创新平台处处长。
