志特新材(300986)2月19日晚间公告，公司拟与上海尖晶投资有限公司（以下简称“尖晶投资”）共同投资设立志特尖晶新材料数智化产业升级基金合伙企业（有限合伙）（简称“基金”），基金认缴出资总额为2亿元，其中公司作为有限合伙人以自有资金出资1.99亿元，占基金认缴出资总额的99.50%。
