2月19日，国家统计局发布1月份70个大中城市商品住宅销售价格变动情况。其中，1月郑州新房价格环比上涨0.3%，位居全国第五，已连续两个月上涨；同比则继续下降，降幅为5.4%，比上月收窄0.7个百分点。
二手房价格继续下降，1月郑州环比下降0.7%，降幅比上月扩大0.3个百分点；同比下降7.8%，降幅比上月扩大0.1个百分点。
