2月14日，中信金融资产公告称，近日收到徐炯炜先生的辞职函。徐先生因工作调动，辞去本公司副总裁职务。根据有关规定，徐先生的辞任自2025年2月14日起生效。
徐先生已确认与董事会并无任何意见分歧，亦无与其辞职有关的其他任何事项须敦请本公司股东或债权人垂注。本公司及董事会谨此对徐先生在任职期间为本公司发展所做出的积极贡献致以衷心感谢。
