当地时间2月12日，特朗普与普京通电话，决定通过谈判解决俄乌冲突，并约定互访。
谈判是好事，不过没欧洲与乌克兰什么事。
根据两人电话协调的情况看，这场结束俄乌冲突的谈判仅限于美俄两国。
后续即便让欧洲参与其中，那都不过是象征性地照顾一下面子罢了。
