米勒表示：“我想看他参加三分大赛，我不觉得他现在就是联盟最好的射手之一，但看他参赛会很有趣，我认为他有机会成为最好的射手之一。那家伙就是个外星人，他的logo也是外星人，看他参赛会很有趣，他让人们很兴奋，他也值得入选。”
本赛季至今，文班亚马三分命中率35.2%。
