北京时间2月14日，中冠新疆丝路雄鹰官方宣布，前新疆天山雪豹主帅帕尔哈提出任球队主帅一职。
帕尔哈提现年50岁，来自新疆乌鲁木齐。在2021年的第十四届全运会中，帕尔哈提带领新疆U20队获得了U20组的亚军，当年他入选了中国金帅奖的候选名单。
在2022年5月，帕尔哈提出任新疆天山雪豹主帅，在当年7月，帕尔哈提离开新疆天山雪豹。
