“东山转灯”是流传于甘肃省甘南藏族自治州舟曲县东山镇的一项民俗文化活动，也是国家级非物质文化遗产代表性项目。每年腊月开始，当地村民便会着手制作各类造型多样的灯具，紧锣密鼓地筹备“东山转灯”活动。“东山转灯”向来有“转灯踩道”和“迎灯纳福”的说法，每年元宵节前后，盛大的转灯踩字活动迎来高潮。
