10日晚，国联证券公告称，公司A股证券简称将由“国联证券”变更为“国联民生”，证券代码“601456”保持不变。变更将于2月14日起实施。国联证券称，此次变更基于公司战略发展需要，同时使公司证券简称更为全面、准确地反映公司基本情况及未来发展规划。
此前的8日，国联证券称，公司变更名称为“国联民生证券股份有限公司”，注册资本由约28.3亿元增至约54.7亿元，并已获得无锡市数据局换发的营业执照。
