证券时报e公司讯，辽宁证监局2月7日发文称，经查，发现中天证券存在对部分从业人员注销登记不及时；个别人员存在违规兼职情况；从业人员投资行为监控管理不到位的违规行为。根据有关规定，辽宁证监局决定对中天证券采取出具警示函的监管措施并记入证券期货市场诚信档案，并要求其应采取切实有效措施进行整改，并提交书面报告。
