2025年1月30日，华东师范大学生态与环境科学学院讣告：华东师范大学原环境科学系党总支书记、华东师范大学生态与环境科学学院退休教师韩玉莲同志，因病医治无效，于2025年1月30日7时20分在上海中医药大学附属曙光医院逝世，享年90岁。
讣告表示，遵照家属意愿，丧事从简，不举办告别仪式和追悼会。
