1月25日，河南矿山集团年会举行，今年集团利润2.6亿，将发放1亿多年终奖给员工，其中将有四千万左右现金在年会现场发放，现金铺满了桌子，现场准备了20台点钞机。
“数钱比赛”的规则是每个班组派人上台数钱，验钞机用来验证员工的数钱结果是否正确，“如果数错了，数错一张扣10张”。
