财中社1月22日电 复星医药（600196/02196）发布公告，拟通过集中竞价交易方式回购A股股份，回购金额不低于3亿元且不超过6亿元，回购价格上限为30元/股，预计回购数量为1000万股至2000万股，占总股本的0.37%至0.75%。
2024年前三季度，复星医药实现收入309.12亿元，归母净利润20.11亿元。
