据北京市住建委官网数据显示，1月18日-19日，北京新房网签468套，网签面积34944.63㎡，其中住宅网签240套，网签面积27669.93㎡。二手房网签353套，网签面积31700.91㎡，其中住宅网签314套，网签面积30007.73㎡。

截止目前，1月（1月1日~19日）北京新房网签5678套，网签面积580340.32㎡，其中住宅网签1991套，网签面积246496.98㎡；二手房网签10256套，网签面积926771.11㎡，其中住宅9277套，住宅网签面积868713.01㎡。
