当地时间1月16日，乌克兰国家安全与国防委员会反虚假信息中心主任安德烈·科瓦连科表示，乌军当天袭击了俄罗斯坦波夫州一家火药厂。
科瓦连科称，该工厂生产用于各种小型武器、火炮等的火药，是俄罗斯军工联合体的关键设施之一。
