近日，北京市公安交管部门发布公告，公布了一批固定式交通技术监控设备。此次，北京980处道路新增了2772个电子警察，重点监测驾驶摩托车未戴安全头盔、违法停车、禁限类、违反标志标线类、闯红灯、驾车不系安全带、驾车接打电话等违法行为。
