美国政府1月13日宣布，美国商务部当日根据《芯片法案》的商业制造设施融资机会向惠普旗下HPI Federal授予至多5300万美元直接资金，支持惠普位于俄勒冈州科瓦利斯现有工厂的扩建和现代化。该项目预计将创造超250个就业岗位。
