澳大利亚金融服务公司Insignia Financial当地时间1月13日表示，私募股权公司贝恩资本提高了对其的出价，目前的估值为28.7亿澳元（17.6亿美元），与CC Capital的出价持平，两家公司之间的竞购战正在升温。根据收购要约，Insignia股东将获得每股4.30澳元的收益，比贝恩资本之前的收购要约溢价7.5%。
此前，Insignia拒绝了贝恩资本最初的收购要约，称其没有为股东提供公平的价值。随后，美国投资管理公司CC Capital Partners提出以28.7亿澳元的价格收购Insignia。
