财联社1月11日电，美国商务部长吉娜·雷蒙多1月10日表示，台积电已开始在亚利桑那州为美国客户生产4纳米芯片。台积电去年1月曾表示，亚利桑那州工厂有望在今年上半年量产4纳米芯片。
