北京商报讯（记者 丁宁）深交所官网显示，赛克赛斯生物科技股份有限公司（以下简称"赛克赛斯"）主板IPO已于近期终止。
深交所表示，因赛克赛斯、保荐人撤回发行上市申请，根据《深圳证券交易所股票发行上市审核规则（2024年修订）》第六十二条，决定终止其发行上市审核。
招股书显示，赛克赛斯为一家专业从事植介入生物材料类医疗器械的研发、生产和销售的高新技术企业。
