金融界1月6日消息，有投资者在互动平台向达华智能提问：公司业绩报告持续亏损，会被ST吗？
公司回答表示：依据股票上市规则的相关规定 ，最近一个会计年度经审计的利润总额、净利润、扣除非经常性损益后的净利润三者孰低为负值，且扣除后的营业收入低于3亿元，才会被实施退市风险警示。公司不存在该种情形。
