近日，河南郑州。一位骑三轮的阿姨闯红灯撞上了小车，车主下车后，阿姨“嚎啕大哭”，随后警察判定责任时判定该阿姨全责。1月2日，车主郑先生告诉九派新闻，该阿姨说她已经61岁了，是以拾破烂为生的，自己的儿女也不在这，郑先生称，因为刚好保险在1月1日过期，所以只能自己出钱修。
