格隆汇12月30日丨成志控股(01741.HK)公告，截至2024年9月30日止年度的年度业绩，持续经营业务的收益由截至2023年9月30日止年度约1.77亿港元减少约18.8%至截至2024年9月30日止年度约1.44亿港元。年度亏损约为260万港元，而截至2024年9月30日止年度为亏损约1010万港元。年度持续经营业务及已终止持续经营业务的每股基本及摊薄亏损分别约为1.26港仙及0.22港仙。董事会并不建议派付截至2024年9月30日止年度的任何末期股息。
