观点网讯：12月24日，广州工控增城专精特新产业园在广州东部中心正式开园，标志着该地区首个国资“工改工”项目取得重要进展。该产业园于2023年10月正式开工建设，总占地面积达221亩，规划建筑面积为33.7万平方米，分两期开发建设。首期总投资约9亿元人民币，一期一阶段已建成封顶。
