观点网讯：12月24日，资本市场消息，宝龙地产的境内子公司已提议，通过一项交换要约来延长两只人民币债券的期限。
据了解，该两只人民币债券的息票分别为6.5%和5.8%。
根据计划，上海宝龙实业向这两只债券的持有人提供了两种选择：可以将所持债券换成新的2.5年期票据，或者是换成新的5年期票据。
