16日，山东日照海事局发布“海上火箭发射”航行警告，自12月18日至21日在以35-23.50N 119-35.92E为中心、半径3公里的圆形区域内进行火箭发射，无关船舶禁止进入。12月19日至21日每日17:30至19:30，船舶禁止进入黄海相关区域。
