现年70岁的Western Asset Management前联席首席投资官、明星债券交易员Ken Leech当地时间12月16日在听证会上对欺诈行为表示不认罪。Leech被指控向部分客户转移了超过6亿美元的收益，同时迫使其他客户承担损失。Leech与他的律师一起出席了在纽约联邦法院举行的听证会，对所有指控表示不认罪。
