观点网讯：12月10日，科学城集团旗下城更集团成功发行2024年度第一期定向债务融资工具“24科城更新PPN001”，募集总规模达10亿元人民币，主体评级为AA，债项评级为AA+，票面利率2.57%，创下全国同行业同品种可比债券利率新低。
此次发行是城更集团成立以来首次发行的信用债，也是省内首家城市更新主体债券，全场认购倍数2.3倍。
