北京商报讯（记者 冉黎黎）12月12日，湖北宜化（000422）开盘涨停，开于15.09元/股。
消息面上，12月11日晚间，湖北宜化披露重组草案显示，公司拟以支付现金方式，受让湖北宜化集团有限责任公司持有的宜昌新发产业投资有限公司100%股权，交易价格约为32.08亿元。
