据路透社报道，当地时间11日，阿富汗临时政府内政部发言人阿卜杜勒·马廷·卡尼称，当天该国首都喀布尔发生爆炸，难民和遣返事务部代理部长哈利勒·拉赫曼·哈卡尼在爆炸中身亡。
据报道，哈卡尼于2021年成为阿富汗临时政府难民和遣返事务部代理部长。
