证券时报e公司讯，海南海药(000566)12月6日晚间公告，公司全资子公司海药销售近日与 AFT PharmaceuticalsLtd.（简称“AFT”）签署了《独家供应和分销协议》，双方主要就AFT的Lipo-Sachets®脂质体维生素C、Lipo-Sachets® 脂质体维生素D3、Ferro LipoSachets® 补铁剂以及 Kiwisoothe® 奇异舒咀嚼片四款产品在中国境内的商业化达成合作。AFT 同意授予海药销售独家经销权，在合作区域内（直接或通过其关联公司）营销、销售和分销产品。
