观点网讯：12月5日，英国监管机构批准了Vodafone（沃达丰）与3英国150亿英镑合并案。
英国竞争与市场管理局（CMA）宣布，批准长和旗下3英国（Three UK）与Vodafone的150亿英镑合并案。
双方承诺将对英国移动网络进行大规模升级，以解决合并造成的竞争担忧，并保护消费者免受价格上涨所影响。
CMA补充，若两间公司签署具有约束力的承诺，并投资数十亿英镑在英国建设一个合并的5G网络，则允许此次合并交易。认为此次交易将可提升行业竞争力，并有可能改善移动网络的质素。
