11月28日，16届86次广州市政府常务会议审议通过了“食在广州”政府消费券有关实施方案，计划发放1亿元“食在广州”政府消费券，拟于近期至2025年上半年开展，分三轮、多周次进行滚动发放。首轮消费券将于近期发放，届时消费者可登录活动平台领取消费券参与活动。消费券券面额度划分三档，分别是满200减50元、满500减100元、满1000减200元。
