财联社11月18日电，俄罗斯法院11月18日对Alphabet旗下的谷歌公司处以380万卢布（38057美元）的罚款，原因是该公司未能删除被禁止的内容。数年来，俄罗斯一直命令外国技术平台删除其认为非法的内容，一旦发现违规行为，就会处以小额但多次的罚款。
