人民网哈尔滨11月14日电 (尚城)来自黑龙江省水文水资源中心的消息，11月14日8时，甘河干流加格达奇段(大兴安岭地区加格达奇区)封冻，封冻日期较常年早2天。
目前，黑龙江省四大江河中嫩江干流库漠屯至嫩江段、黑龙江干流洛古河段、开库康段封冻，18条中河中额木尔河、甘河封冻；其他主要江河仍未封冻。
