证券时报e公司讯，紫金矿业(601899)11月7日早间公告，公司境外全资子公司金誊矿业拟以2.45亿美元，以及二期项目商业化生产后5000万美元的或有付款和1.5%黄金净冶炼收益的权益金为对价收购Pan American Silver Corp.（“泛美白银”）旗下秘鲁La Arena金矿和二期项目100%权益。
