财中社11月1日电 华塑股份（600935）发布公告，监事丁少江因个人原因辞去监事职务，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。根据相关法律法规，丁少江的辞职不会导致监事会成员低于法定最低人数，也不会影响监事会的正常运作及公司的生产经营。
公司监事会表示将尽快按照规定和程序完成监事的补选工作。
