妙栏路即将改为单行道
针对浦东新区妙栏路交通秩序混乱、拥堵现象严重的状况，结合目前周边道路实际情况，为有效缓解道路停车、拥堵等问题，确保妙栏路（妙境路-华夏二路）交通秩序良好，交通管理部门决定自2024年11月1日0时起对妙栏路（妙境路-华夏二路）实施由东向西机动车单行道的管理措施。
